We advise pregnant women to exercise caution with products containing essential oils. If you experience any adverse skin reactions, discontinue use immediately and refer to the ingredients list before making a purchase. Your health is our top priority!
Country Girl Suds cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the customer's failure to adhere to the candle care and wax melts instructions provided. We encourage all customers to read and follow these guidelines carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience with our products.
Return Policy
At Country Girl Suds, we prioritize your health and safety, which is why we cannot accept returns on soaps and body care products due to hygiene concerns. If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please reach out to within 7 days for a refund or a replacement. We understand that scent preferences and allergic reactions can occur, which is why we offer affordable sample sizes for you to try before committing to a larger purchase.
Due to the nature of our products, used candles or wax melts cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please note we also do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases and cannot exchange or refund personalized/custom candles or wax melts.
Anything that is made to your specific requirements, is personalized/custom or otherwise cannot be resold due to the bespoke element.
We are unable to accept returns for personalized/customized orders unless faulty/damaged.
Refund Policy
Orders must be returned to us within 14 days of the date of purchase (as indicated on your order).
Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the candles must be unburnt/not melted, containing all packaging and have no stains or marks. The materials are required to ensure they are packaged securely.
No returns or exchange for items purchased as sale item, as well as gift cards.
The customer must cover the cost of the return shipping. Country Girl Suds will not be held responsible for parcels that are lost and cannot be traced with a tracking number.
Items not meeting our return criteria will be sent back at your cost.
If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us at countrygirlsuds@gmail.com including your name, order number and the reason you wish to return.
Exceptions: Sales, promotions, items marked as "limited edition".
All our products undergo thorough inspection prior to shipping. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for used candles. Country Girl Suds is not liable for parcels that are left outdoors subjected to extreme heat, cold, or rain for extended periods.
